Ingredients
Mycoprotein
(54%), Wheat Flour (Contains Added Calcium, Iron, Niacin &
Thiamine), Sunflower Oil, Water, Potato Protein. Contains 2% Or Less Of
Pea Fiber, Wheat Starch, Wheat Gluten, Calcium Chloride & Calcium
Acetate (Firming Agents), Natural Flavorings, Kibbled Chilli, Parsley,
Salt Yeast, Garlic Powder Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Spices (Cayenne
Pepper, White Pepper), Carrageenan & Sodium Alginate (Stabilizers),
Rice Flour, Spice Extracts (Black Pepper, Cayenne, Ginger), Paprika
Extract (Color), Ammonium Carbonate (Raising Agent).
Directions
Keep
frozen. Cooking instructions: Simply remove packaging & cook from
frozen as follows, for best results. Cook in the oven. Oven – 19 mins.
Pre-heat oven to 425°F. Place frozen Quorn vegan spicy chik’n patties in
a single layer on a cookie sheet, bake for 19 minutes. Storage
instructions: Keep frozen. Do not freeze once thawed. Microwave – (800
W) 2 mins. Line a microwavable plate with a double layer of paper
towels. For I Quorn vegan spicy chik’n patty arrange in a single layer
on paper towels and heat on high 2 minutes. Note: Ovens vary. Heating
times are approximate. Always cook before eating. Be careful not to
overcook.
Warnings
Caution:
Both food and plate may be very hot. There have been rare cases of
allergic reactions to Quorn products which contain mycoprotein, a member
of the fungi/mold family. Mycoprotein is high in protein and fiber
which may cause intolerance in some people. We do not use any
ingredients derived from genetically modified sources in this product.
