traditional couscous is a tiny pasta that is extremely light and fluffy
when cooked. Golden in color. Versatile. All natural. A quick and easy
substitute for rice or potatoes. Star-K Kosher Certified.

Unenriched Durum Semolina (wheat).
Directions
Cooking
Original Couscous: 1 cup uncooked couscous; 1 cup water; 1/4 teaspoon
salt (optional); 1 teaspoon butter (optional). 1. In a medium saucepan
bring water, salt, and butter to a boil. 2. Add couscous, stirring
quickly. 3. Remove from heat and cover. 4. Let stand for 4-5 minutes. 5.
Fluff with a fork before serving. Yields approximately 2 cups of cooked
couscous.
