our Pad Thai sauce and rice noodles. This delicious meal is gluten free
and features vegetables and crunchy toppings.
Ingredients
Noodle:
Water, Rice, Potato Starch, Lactic Acid, Amylase. Sauce: Sugar, Water,
Tomato, Soy Sauce (water, Salt, Soybean), Onion, Lemon, Chili Pepper
Paste (red Chili Pepper, Salt), Acetic Acid, Rice Vinegar, Spice, Corn
Maltodextrin, Lemongrass, Modified Corn Starch, Fish Sauce (anchovy,
Water, Salt, Sugar), Garlic, Sea Salt, Citric Acid, Caramel Color, Malic
Acid, Xanthan Gum, Yeast Extract. Dehydrated Vegetables: Bok Choy,
Carrot, Red Bell Pepper. Topping: Peanut.

Cooking
Instructions: Cook Time: 2 minutes; Makes 1 serving. 1. CAREFULLY
remove lid and packets. Empty contents of noodles and vegetable packets
into tray. Pour sauce over noodles. Add 2 Tbsp. of water. Cover loosely
with lid. 2. MICROWAVE on HIGH 2 minutes. Let stand in microwave for 1
minute. 3. REMOVE lid carefully. Mix well. Sprinkle peanut topping over
noodles. Enjoy. Microwave ovens vary; cooking times may need to be
adjusted.
