Zucchini, Organic Tofu (filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Nigari
[magnesium Chloride, A Natural Firming Agent]), Organic Black Beans,
Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower And/or Sunflower Oil, Organic
Sweet Rice Flour, Spices, Sea Salt, Organic Tapioca Starch, Olives,

Keep frozen.
Ovens may vary.
Microwave Oven:
Make
a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove overwrap.
Stir rice and beans. Cook on high for 1-2 more minutes. Let sit 1
minute. Serve.
Conventional Oven:
Preheat
oven to 400°F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a
baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
Toaster Oven:
Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
