Spices, Salt, Dehydrated Onion and Garlic, Sugar, Citric Acid, and Canola Oil Added as a Processing Aid.
Directions
Suggested
use: For grilling, baking, broiling or frying. Use on pork, chicken,
steak, lamb, fish. Dry meat thoroughly. Sprinkle Badia Jerk Seasoning on
meat. Rub into meat. Let sit for 1-2 hours. Cook to perfection. May
also be used on vegetables. Good on fries. For lobster: Add 1 tsp. Badia
Jerk Seasoning to 1/4 cup melted butter and 1 tsp. of lemon juice. Mix
thoroughly; use brush to paint of lobster halves. Let sit for 1 hour at
room temperature. Cook to perfection.
