Directions
Microwave:
1. Place frozen vegetables in microwave safe dish. 2. Cover and
microwave on high for 8-1/2 minutes*; stir halfway through cooking. 3.
Drain. (Cook time based on 1200 watt microwave; cook time may need to be
adjusted for your microwave). Wok/Skillet: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a
nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. 2. Add frozen vegetables
and cook for 8-9 minutes*, stirring occasionally.
Keep frozen. Store tightly closed in freezer at 0F.
