Directions
Bake:
Preheat oven to 325oF. Place in pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes. Bake
until center is well done, reaching 165o F ** as measured with a meat
thermometer.**Do not exceed 170oF as the product will lose too much
moisture.Cooking times may vary. Directions are based on thawed (not
frozen) product. Grill: Preheat grill. Sear 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
Grill for another 20 minutes, turning several times. Cook until center
is well done, reaching 165oF** as measured with a meat thermometer.**Do
not exceed 170oF as the product will lose too much moisture.Cooking
times may vary. Directions are based on thawed (not frozen) product.
Cook to 165oF. Keep refrigerated.
