Sausage & Cheese Quesadilla: Ingredients: 1 Chi-Chi’s Foldables
Tortilla; 1 large egg-beaten; 1 (1.25-ounce) sausage patty, cooked; 1
slice cheddar cheese. Directions: (1) Place warm sausage patty in the
center of an open Chi-Chi’s Foldables Tortilla. (2) Coat a non-stick
skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium until hot. (3) Pour in egg,
as egg begins to set, gently stir with a spatula until desired
consistency is met. Remove from heat. (4) Spoon scrambled egg over
sausage patty and add cheese on top. (5) Close tortilla corners over
filling to form a square, pressing gently. (6) Coat a clean non-stick
skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium until hot. Toast quesadilla
until cheese is just melted. (7) Serve with your favorite Chi-Chi’s
salsa! Peanut Butter & Jelly with Bananas Sandwich: Ingredients: 1
Chi-Chi’s Foldables Tortilla; 1/2 Medium banana, sliced; 2 Tablespoons
Skippy peanut butter and jelly. Directions: (1) Spread the Skippy peanut
butter and jelly onto the center of Chi-Chi’s Foldables Tortilla. (2)
Place the banana slices on top of the peanut butter and close tortilla
corners over filling to form a square, pressing gently. (3) Coat a clean
skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-low heat until hot. Toast 1
to 2 minutes per side. Heating Directions: Conventional Oven: Preheat
to 350 degrees F. Place tortillas in covered container (or wrap in
foil). Heat for 10 minutes or until soft and flexible. Skillet/Fry Pan:
Place tortillas in a moderately heated, ungreased skillet for 10-15
seconds on each side. Microwave: Remove tortillas from package. Place
tortillas between two damp paper towels. Microwave on high (up to 4
tortillas) for approximately 20 seconds, or until warm and flexible.
