(source Of Zinc), Vitamin B6, Vitamin A Palmitate, Riboflavin (vitamin
B2), Thiamin Mononitrate (vitamin B1), Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Vitamin
D3.
Directions
Post PEBBLES MARSHMALLOW CRISPY TREATS.
Prep Time: 10 min.
Makes: 24 servings (1 piece per serving).
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine.
1 pkg. (10-1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallows (6 cups).
Cocoa Pebbles Cereal (about 8-1/2 cups).
DIRECTIONS:
MICROWAVE butter in 4-qt. microwavable bowl on HIGH 45 seconds or until melted.
Add
marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 minutes or until
marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring
after 45 seconds. ADD cereal; mix well. PRESS firmly into greased
foil-lined 13×9-inch pan. Cool. Cut into 24 squares.
TIPS & SUGGESTIONS:
Substitute: Prepare as directed, using 8-1/2 cups.
Honey
Bunches of Oats Cereal, 9 cups Post Honeycomb Sweetened Corn and Oat
Cereal, Fruity Pebbles Cereal or 1 pkg. Post Selects Banana Nut Crunch
Cereal.
Peanut Butter Marshmallow Cereal Treats:
Prepare
as directed, using 1 pkg. Post Selects Banana Nut Crunch Cereal and
melting 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter with the butter.
Chocolate Marshmallow Cereal Treats:
Prepare as directed, using Cocoa Pebbles Cereal and melting 2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate with the butter.
Fruity Marshmallow Cereal Treats:
Prepare
as directed, using Post Alpha-Bits Sweetened Oat and Corn Cereal and
stirring 1 envelope any flavor unsweetened soft drink mix into the
melted butter before adding the marshmallows.
