Ingredients
Cooked
Black Beans*, Cooked White Rice, Bell Peppers, Grilled Beef (beef,
Water, Potato Starch, Sea Salt, Natural Flavoring, Spice), Cilantro,
Corn, Cheddar Cheese (milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Canola Oil,
Lime Juice From Concentrate, Lime Oil), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea
Salt, Garlic, Spices.
Directions
Microwave Step
1: Remove bowl from carton and cut a 1/2 inch slit in the film.Step 2:
Place bowl in microwave. Cook on high for 3 minutes and 30 seconds or
until cooked throughout. Let stand for 1 minute. Stir gently.
Oven Preheat oven to 350degF. Remove film and cover bowl with
tight-fitting foil lid. Place bowl on center rack in oven. Cook for 55
minutes or until cooked throughout. Remove from oven and let stand for 2
minutes. Remove foil and stir gently.
Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen.
Warnings
Caution:
Bowl, food & foil may be hot! Product must be cooked thoroughly to
165degF for food safety and quality. Do not allow product to thaw. Do
not eat without cooking. Directions developed using 1100-watt microwave
oven. Since microwave ovens vary, cooking times may require adjusting.
