Directions
Microwave oven.
Cook only one meal at a time.
1. Cut film to vent.
2. Cook on high 3 1/2 minutes.
3. Stir beef and potatoes; re-cover.
4. Cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Handle carefully; it’s hot! Let stand 2 minutes; stir potatoes and enjoy!
Conventional
oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut film
to vent. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 35 to 40 minutes. Check
that food is cooked thoroughly. Handle carefully; it’s hot! Let stand 2
minutes; stir sauce into beans. Enjoy!
