McCann’s®
Imported Quick Cooking Rolled Oats Irish Oatmeal™. Oatmeal is a good
source of fiber. It contains no salt or cholesterol and is naturally low
in fat and saturated fat. Soluble fiber from oatmeal, as part of a diet
low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart
disease. It is non GMO product. Eat 48 grams or more of whole grains
recommended daily.

Cooking
directions: Range top: For each serving: bring 1 cup water to a boil.
Stir in 1/2 cup McCann’s Irish oatmeal. Cook 1 minute over medium heat
or until thickened. Stir regularly. Cover and remove from heat. After a
few minutes, stir and serve. Microwave: For each serving: add 1/2 cup of
McCann’s Irish oatmeal to 1 cup water in a deep microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 1 – 1/2 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir
before serving. Note: as microwaves are different, cooking times may
vary. For thicker oatmeal use less water.
