from the stalk and leaves of freshly harvested celery, McCormick Celery
Flakes can be used in a wide variety of dishes — from stuffings and
sauces to soups and dips. Throw in a few teaspoons of celery flakes to
take your favorite recipe for chicken, turkey, or vegetable soup to the
next level. Or add them to barbecue or tomato sauce as a simple way to
add both flavor and color. Substitute 1 tablespoon Celery Flakes for 2
tablespoons freshly chopped celery.

Stir 2 to 3 tbsp. celery flakes into 4 cups of your favorite recipe for chicken, turkey or vegetable soup.
When preparing stuffing, use 2 tbsp celery flakes for every 3 cups of bread cubes.
Use in barbecue, spaghetti and tomato-based sauces.
