Angelo’s® Eggplant Parmigiana. This product is lightly breaded then
smothered in vine-ripened tomato sauce and three cheese. It has
wholesome simple ingredients with no preservatives. This product is
microwaveable.

(Tomatoes, Salt), Eggplant, Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese
Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Soy Oil, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Whole Wheat
Flour, Whey, Sugar, Salt, Soybean Oil [as a Processing Aid], Yeast,
Spice, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Dehydrated Parsley, Paprika), Water,
Egg, Imported Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Sheep’s Milk, Rennet, Salt),
Onions, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour), Garlic, Parmesan
Cheese (Pasteurized Part Skim Cow’s Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt,
Enzymes), Spices, Olive Oil, Salt.
Directions
Keep
frozen & cook thoroughly. Cooking instructions: Do not thaw. Keep
frozen until ready to use. For safety. Must be cooked to an internal
temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by use of a food thermometer.
Oven: Yes, ovens take longer. But it tastes (and smells) better that
way. One: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove entree from carton. Two:
Place tray on cookie sheet on center rack of oven (6-8 degrees from
heating element). Cook with film on for 55-60 minutes. Three: Carefully
remove entree from oven, remove film, and let stand for 5 minutes before
serving. Microwave: Microwaves work, too. But would Nonna approve? One:
Remove entree from carton. Two: Place tray in microwave with film on
and cook for 18-20 minutes. Three: Carefully remove entree from
microwave. Remove film, and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
