Yogurt, Carrots, Coconut Milk, Sweet Potatoes, Onions, French Beans,
Green Peas, Chili Peppers, Coconut Oil, Chickpea Flour, Cornstarch,
Salt, Ginger, Coconut Slices, Sunflower Oil, Curry Leaves, Spices,
Cumin, Mustard, Turmeric.
Directions
Heating
instructions: Microwave: Tear pouch 2″ to vent and heat on high for 1
minute (ovens may vary). Stovetop: Boil sealed pouch in water for 5
minutes. Serve as is, with Tasty Bite® rice or with flatbread! Use
caution when opening to avoid spillage. Grab pouch from sides as
contents will be hot. Refrigerate unused portion. Do not use
conventional or toaster oven. Do not consume if pouch is leaking or
swollen.
