Potatoes, Onions, Carrots, Ginger, Coconut Milk, Red Kidney Beans,
Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Vinegar, Raw Sugar, Chili Peppers, Salt, Cumin,
Cream, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove.
Directions
Heating
instructions: Microwavable 60 seconds. Microwave: Tear pouch 2″ to vent
and heat on high for 1 minute (ovens may vary). Stovetop: Boil sealed
pouch in water for 5 minutes. Serve as is, with Tasty Bite® rice or with
flatbread! Use caution when opening to avoid spillage. Grab pouch from
sides as contents will be hot. Refrigerate unused portion. Do not use
conventional or toaster oven. Do not consume if pouch is leaking or
swollen.
Warnings
Contain: milk, coconut. This product has been processed in a facility that also processes nuts, wheat, dairy and soy.
