Grain Parboiled Brown Rice, Blend Of Quinoa (red Quinoa, Black Quinoa),
Less Than 2% Of Onion*, Garlic*, Ginger, Red Bell Pepper*, Chili

Sherry Wine*, Pineapple Juice*, Brown Sugar, Molasses*, Yeast Extract,

Directions
Simply
Add: 5 tsp oil; 1 lb beef, thinly sliced; 3 cups broccoli; 1 small
onion, sliced; 2-1/4 cups water. Begin by heating 2 tsp oil in skillet
over medium-high heat and cooking beef for 3-5 minutes to desired
doneness. Remove beef from skillet and set aside. Add remaining oil,
broccoli and onions to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring
frequently. Remove everything from skillet and set aside. Combine
grains, seasoning, and water in skillet and bring to a boil. Cover,
reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 25 minutes, or until most water
is absorbed. Remove from heat. Mix in beef and vegetables. Cover and
set aside for 5 minutes. Stir well and enjoy!
