Directions
Microwave
Oven (1100 Watts):1: Vent one end.2: Cook on high: One Omelet: 21/2
min. Two Omelets: 31/2 min.*3: Let stand 1–2 min. Will be hot!*Microwave
ovens below 1100 watts may require additional cook time to reach proper
temperature. Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal
temperature needs to reach 165degF as measured by a food thermometer in
several spots.
Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly.
