ElbowsFor 2 servings use 1/3 box pasta, 2 quarts water and 1 teaspoon
salt.For 3 servings use 1/2 box pasta, 3 quarts water and 2 teaspoons
salt.For 6 servings use Full Box pasta, 5 quarts water and 1 tablespoon
salt.For Al Dente boil pasta for 10 minutes.For Firm boil pasta for 11
minutes.For Tender boil pasta for 12 minutes.1. Bring water to a boil.
Add salt to taste.2. Add pasta and stir; return to rapid boil. Cook
uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.3. Drain well and
serve as desired.
Maintaining Perfect Pasta To keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil and refrigerate.
