Bite® Kashmir Spinach™. Lightly sautéed spinach with cubes of paneer
cheese. This all natural, vegetarian product is free from gluten, GMO.
Contains no preservatives, MSG.

Spinach,
Tomatoes, Onions, Paneer Cheese, Water, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Garlic,
Cornstarch, Yeast Extract, Ginger, Chili Peppers, Cumin.

step heating instructions. Microwave. Cut pouch 2″ to vent and heat on
high for 1 minute (ovens may vary). Heats in 1 minute. Stovetop. Boil
sealed pouch in water for 5 minutes. Serve as is, with Tasty Bite® rice
or with flatbread! Use caution, grab pouch from sides, pouch will be
hot. Refrigerate unused portion. Do not use conventional or toaster
oven. Do not consume if pouch is leaking or swollen.
